Senior Quantity Surveyor Commercial Opportunity

Kier Group is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support our Eastern & Midlands Construction team in Waterbeach, Cambridge.

Salary Range: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum

About the Job

This is a permanent, full-time position with opportunities for flexible working hours. The successful candidate will provide commercial input on various projects, working closely with the management team and contract team members.

  • Support the management team in achieving business targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare and review monthly reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Analyze data and produce commercial reports to inform business decisions.
  • Work with clients and subcontractors to agree on physical measurements and certification.
