Payroll Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at The Niche Partnership. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the payroll inbox, directing and dealing with any queries
  • Handle queries from internal managers, HR, and employees regarding overtime, shift allowances, and changes of details
  • Analyse payroll data and run reports ahead of two payroll dates per month
  • Perform month-end payroll reconciliations
  • Support the Finance Director with pension administration, uploading reports, and cleansing data
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, such as Payroll Administrator, Payroll Assistant, or Payroll Clerk
  • Strong payroll experience and a methodical approach
  • Competence with Excel, able to manipulate large data sets
