**About the Role**
HAWKMONT CONSULTING LIMITED T/A INTRINSIC RESOURCING is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a vital role in shaping the company's HR functions and contributing to its growth and success.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including administrative tasks, office supplies, and coordinating office events.
- Coordinate new starter inductions and manage the 1-month and 3-month probation reviews.
- Manage absences, terminations, and ensure compliance with legislation.
- Develop and implement a Culture Pack to foster a positive working environment.
- Review and update the Staff Handbook as necessary.
- Ensure the office is fully stocked and maintain a good working relationship with the landlord.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of employment legislation and best practices.
