Store Operations Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Shift Leader to join our team at Tesco. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the store from the shop floor, ensuring that customers receive excellent service and that store operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Work in a fast-paced retail environment, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that the store is well-stocked and clean.
- Take ownership of running duty shifts, coordinating the team to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
- Be a role model for your colleagues, providing guidance and support to ensure that the store is a safe and welcoming place to work and shop.
- Maintain a great understanding of how the store is performing, identifying areas for improvement and working with managers to implement changes.
- Lead from the front, setting a great example for your colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive team culture.
What We Offer
As a Shift Leader at Tesco, you will receive a competitive rate of pay, starting from £14.28 an hour, with opportunities for increases based on location and skills. You will also have the opportunity to work a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with flexibility to work fewer hours if desired.
