Store Operations Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Shift Leader to join our team at Tesco. As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing excellent customer service, and leading a team of colleagues to deliver a world-class shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the team to deliver a clean, well-stocked store that exceeds customer expectations
- Provide exceptional customer service, listening to customers and helping to resolve any issues
- Take ownership of running duty shifts, ensuring the store is safe and secure
- Lead by example, setting a high standard for customer service and store operations
- Identify opportunities to improve service and implement changes to drive business growth
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and managers to achieve store goals and objectives

Requirements
