We are looking for a dedicated Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at Cygnet Amberwood Lodge, providing high-quality care and support to individuals with autism and learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support management and team members in the day-to-day running of the service
  • Evaluate individual needs and develop tailored support plans
  • Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work autonomously, and have a genuine passion for empowering and supporting service user independence.

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer opportunities for further learning, flexible working, regular coaching and appraisal, employee discount savings, and a Cycle to Work scheme.
