We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead and manage our pharmacy team in Milton Keynes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy services, providing exceptional patient care, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient care and services
- Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy services and patient outcomes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Contribute to the development of the pharmacy team and provide coaching and mentoring
Requirements:
- Pharmacy degree or equivalent qualification
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
- Proven experience as a Pharmacy Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
