Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week between 8:00am and 8:15pm

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Sales and Customer Service Manager to lead our Contact Centre team in Stoke-on-Trent. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a team of sales advisors.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of sales advisors to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Coach and develop sales advisors to improve their skills and performance
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer experience across all touchpoints
- Proven experience in sales and customer service management
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends
