The Opportunity

As an Operational Excellence Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Operational Excellence strategies to drive business improvement and cost reduction
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement change management plans
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance
  • Provide coaching and training to employees on Operational Excellence principles and practices
  • Identify and implement best practices from other organizations to drive business improvement
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Operational Excellence, Lean Six Sigma, or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable recommendations
  • Experience with change management and process improvement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
