Operative - Quality Control and Repair

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Quality Control Operative to join our team in the aerospace industry. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of quality in our products. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing environment and possess excellent analytical skills.
About the Role:
- This is a part-time role offering 16 hours per week.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for correcting manufacturing defects and ensuring quality in a rapidly growing engineering business.
Responsibilities:
- Damage removal from high priority aerospace components prior to cleaning in an ISO 8 cleanroom.
- Data management, inputting data into excel, organising and keeping track of component allocation and progress.
- Filling in standard template reports on aerospace components.
- Material testing and assisting other operatives as required.
Salary and Benefits:
- £11.79 per hour
- 25 days holiday + banks pro rata
- 5% pension
- Flexible hours to suit your schedule
