We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Boutique Manager to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have excellent business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective marketing strategies. You will be responsible for managing inventory levels, monitoring product quality and expiration dates, and assisting with monthly and quarterly inventory tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, manage stock discrepancies, and optimize product mix.
  • Quality Control: Regularly inspect products for quality and expiration dates to ensure they meet our high standards.
