Continuous Improvement Manager

The Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for analyzing and improving organizational performance. This role involves maintaining and enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with Continuous Improvement roadmap commitments, and deploying Lean manufacturing principles.
Key Responsibilities- Deployment: Lead the deployment of Lean culture and Continuous Improvement on CAF Rolling Stock sites.
- Lean Culture Promotion: Promote a culture of operational excellence by anchoring and supporting implementation on the ground.
- Kaizen Projects: Pilot and support Kaizen projects using Lean tools and identifying associated gains.
- Improvement Actions: Proactively identify improvement actions to deploy and increase operational performance.
- Value Stream Mapping: Deploy Value Stream Mapping process on a regular basis.
- Training and Digitalization: Deployment in the field (training + digitalization of tools) of first-level continuous improvement methodologies.
- Audits and Benchmarking: Conduct internal lean audits, participate in internal or external benchmarking, and deploy identified best practices.
- Project Leadership: Propose, structure, and lead continuous improvement projects, ensuring a strong presence in departments and supporting creativity.
Relevant experience or a bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, process management, or operations. Proficient in project management software and certified Lean Six Sigma Black. Knowledge of implementing key lean manufacturing principles, tools, techniques, and project management principles.
