As a Lecturer, you will have the opportunity to teach the next generation of Electricians and contribute to the development of our electrical installation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Teach on courses and develop an outstanding provision that has a positive impact on the learner and assessment process.
* Assist in the development of teaching and learning materials, preparing schemes of work, lesson plans, and maintaining records to monitor learner progression, achievement, and attendance.
* Provide appropriate and relevant guidance for learners enabling them to develop knowledge, understanding, and skills.
* Develop and implement timely, safe, consistent, and relevant assessment plans and resources that are linked to initial and current assessments.

Requirements:

* Minimum GCSE Grade 4/C in English & Maths or equivalent.
* Relevant degree and/or appropriate level professional qualifications.
* Level 3 qualification in relevant area of expertise.
* Commitment to achieving teaching qualifications.
* Assessor and Moderator/IQA Award is desirable.
