Job Title: Security Team Leader
Job Summary:
ABM is seeking an experienced Security Team Leader to lead our security team and maintain a safe and secure shopping environment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in security management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the security team and ensure that all security personnel understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment.
- Monitor and control access to the shopping centre, including CCTV and alarm systems.
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies, and take appropriate action to resolve the situation.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as facilities and customer service, to ensure a seamless and secure shopping experience.
Requirements:
- Door Supervisor License
- CCTV License
- Positive mindset, team player, can-do attitude
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good IT skills
