Job Title: Security Team Leader

Ward Security Ltd is seeking an experienced Security Team Leader to join our team. As a Security Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of security personnel to ensure effective security operations
  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to prevent and respond to security incidents
  • Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to identify potential security risks
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their security needs and develop tailored security solutions
  • Provide training and guidance to security personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Monitor and report on security incidents and trends to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • Valid Door Supervisor SIA licence
  • CCTV Licence essential
  • Experience in security operations, including patrol management and incident response
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
