Children In Care Team Lead

We are currently seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our Children In Care Team at Bournemouth Christchurch & Poole Council. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing support and intervention to meet the needs of individual children and families. You will also contribute to the development of effective working relationships with internal and external partners and stakeholders.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to join a fast-paced and supportive team environment. The successful candidate will have a degree in Social Work, 1 year of experience within the UK, and be eligible to work in the country. They will also possess enhanced DBS/CRB clearance and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
The salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus benefits such as free onsite parking, opportunities for role progression and training, and a competitive pay rate that exceeds most surrounding areas.
