Red Sky Personnel Ltd is seeking a Commercial Officer to assist the Commercial Team in delivering timely, efficient, and ethical commercial activities to the business. Key responsibilities include generating invoices and credit notes, acquiring feedback from delivery departments, and generating reports as required.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Assist Commercial Managers in the day-to-day management and administration of commercial contracts.
  2. Raise invoices and credit notes, draft contract change notices, and draft proposals and quotes.
  3. Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of commercial contracts registers and contract management tools.
  4. Bookings and Turnover vs OP targets, Gross Margin, Operational Margin, and EBIT.
  5. On time, on quality, and on cost delivery of aircraft and services, Cash profile of contract, and Customer Satisfaction Index.

Knowledge and Skills:

Essential:

  1. Interest in commercial business practices and ability to generate clear concise reports.

Desirable:

  1. Previous experience in a commercial role, preferably with an engineering or technology company.
  2. Familiarity with UK MoD commercial process.

Education, Qualifications or Training:

  1. Confident with IT and knowledge of Google suite, MS Office, SAP, and Salesforce.

Additional Requirements:

  1. DBS Security Clearance and eligibility for SC clearance.
  2. Meet any/all requirements of Export Compliance Regulations.
