Job Overview

Wayman Education is seeking an Education Specialist to join our team. As an Education Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the development of our schools' curricula and leading teams of teachers.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of education principles and practices, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work collaboratively with other leaders to achieve school goals and motivate and inspire students and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  1. To develop and implement curriculum plans in collaboration with other leaders
  2. To provide guidance and support to staff members
  3. To contribute to the development of school policies and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A formal teaching qualification (QTS)
  • Experience in a similar leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and a supportive working environment.
