Cathedral Appointments Ltd is seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining excellent client relationships, and contributing to a high standard of work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source new clients and maintain service excellence
- Prioritise client needs over internal preferences
- Exhibit strong communication skills, including active listening and effective negotiation
- Embrace and champion new company initiatives
- Efficiently manage potential clients in the pipeline
Requirements:
- Proven B2B sales experience
- High levels of customer service attainment
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- A self-starter
- Able to work positively within a team
