About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Trainer to join our team at Hickory's Smokehouse. As a Restaurant Trainer, you will be responsible for the recruitment and training of our restaurant teams, ensuring that they deliver exceptional service and uphold our 'Southern Hospitality' mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our restaurant teams.
- Recruit and select high-quality candidates for our restaurant teams.
- Conduct regular training sessions and coaching to ensure that our teams are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
- Collaborate with our management team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of our restaurant teams, providing feedback and coaching to improve their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Previous training or coaching experience in a similar role within a fast-paced or high-volume restaurant environment.
- Previous experience with project management.
- Ability to work to strict timeframes and deadlines.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including overnight stays.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and developing others.
