Job Title: Field Manager

At Lanes Group, we are committed to the health, safety, and well-being of our people and customers. As a Field Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring our organisation is known for delivering operational excellence, quality, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of multi-skilled waste network service engineers in delivering reactive and planned 24/7 operational responses.
  • Coordinate field engineers, manage fleet issues, and evaluate employee performance.
  • Liaise with office planners/team leaders, monitor engineers' performances, and look after the wellbeing of field staff.
  • Be aware of Lanes Group policies and your responsibility towards them.
  • Perform site inspections and carry out other reasonable ad hoc duties requested by the Operations or Regional Manager for North London, the Head of Field Operations, or any other member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to support team members in delivering operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and participate in an on-call rota.
  • Full training, PPE, and use of company equipment will be provided.
