Quality Assurance Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Lead Quality Engineer to join our team at SCIENCE RECRUITMENT UK LTD. This is an exciting opportunity for a quality professional to take on a challenging role and make a significant impact on our organization.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting quality investigations, developing training programs, and reporting quality metrics. They will also collaborate with the site quality manager to implement continuous improvement activities and support the development of quality systems.
Key Responsibilities
Conducting root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action preventive action (CAPA) initiativesDeveloping and delivering training programs across the laboratory, production, and engineering teamsReporting quality measurements against key performance indicators (KPIs) and participating in internal auditsCollating and reviewing data to identify opportunities for improvementRequirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A science or engineering qualification to degree level or equivalent experience
- Experience working with quality systems, including CAPA, NCR, RCA, and internal auditing
- Previous knowledge of laboratory testing and lean six sigma principlesExcellent verbal and written communication skills
