About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Branas Isaf Children's Service, part of the CareTech Group. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people with complex needs.

Your primary responsibility will be to create a safe and nurturing environment, encouraging our young children to develop essential life skills and improve their interpersonal functioning. You will work closely with our team to deliver a tailored approach to each individual's needs, promoting their emotional, behavioural, and social development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support and care to young people with complex needs
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe and therapeutic environment
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes
Requirements
  • Full UK driving licence (company vehicle provided)
  • Able to work unsociable hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends
  • Flexible approach to shift patterns, including 2 days on and 4 days off
