About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Branas Isaf Children's Service, part of the CareTech Group. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people with complex needs.

Our team is committed to delivering an outstanding integrated model of education, therapy, and therapeutic care. We are looking for someone who shares our passion for making a positive difference in the lives of our young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to young people, promoting their emotional, behavioral, and interpersonal development.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
  • Encourage and support young people in their educational and therapeutic goals.
  • Participate in sleep-in shifts and work a rolling rota, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
Requirements
  • Full UK manual driving license (company vehicle provided)
  • Able to work unsociable hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends
  • Ability to accommodate a shift pattern of 2 days on, plus night sleep, and 4 days off
