Company Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Constellation Careers in Glasgow. As a Part-Time Barista, you will be an integral part of our catering team, serving expertly crafted coffee and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
Salary:
£12.50 per hour + Holiday Pay, estimated annual salary: £26,000 - £30,000 based on 20 hours/week
Job Description:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Guest Interaction: Engaging with guests, taking orders, and providing recommendations to ensure a personalised and enjoyable experience.
- Efficiency: Working efficiently to serve food and drinks in a timely manner, even during busy periods, while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Cleanliness: Maintaining cleanliness and organisation, including proper storage of utensils, dishware, and glassware.
- Team Collaboration: Working collaboratively with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and exceed guest expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
We're looking for Baristas who are:
- Experienced: Previous knowledge or experience in a Barista role for large venues or high-class events and busy venues.
- Passionate: A genuine passion for hospitality, with a desire to create memorable experiences for our guests.
- Personable: Friendly, outgoing, and able to connect with guests of all backgrounds and ages.
- Adaptable: Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure, even during busy shifts.
