About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Coffee Connoisseur to join our team at ASA Recruitment. As a Barista, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our coffee offerings and be able to make recommendations to customers
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and provide a positive customer experience
