Job Title: Live in Care Professional

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Live in Care Professional to join our team at Home Instead in EALING. As a Live in Care Professional, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide companionship and conversation to our clients
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare healthy meals and snacks
  • Accompany clients to appointments and social events
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, and laundry

Requirements:

  • Ability to listen, communicate clearly, and build relationships with clients and their families
  • Respect for people with different backgrounds and beliefs
  • Excellent timekeeper and organizational skills
  • Good hygiene practice and a smart appearance
  • Ability to obtain an Enhanced Disclosure from the relevant body
