Key Responsibilities- Offer companionship and conversation to clients, stimulating their minds and encouraging them to engage in activities they enjoy.
- Aid with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while maintaining a high level of dignity and respect.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and laundry, to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Able to listen actively and communicate clearly with clients and their families, building strong relationships based on trust and empathy.
- Respectful of individual backgrounds and beliefs, with a commitment to non-discriminatory care practices.
- Excellent timekeeper and organized individual, ensuring timely arrival and departure from client homes.
