**Role Overview:** Teaching Personnel is seeking a highly motivated and experienced KS4 Teacher to join our SEN Secondary School in Gloucestershire. The successful candidate will work closely with students aged 11-16 with SEMH needs, delivering tailored education and support to meet their individual needs.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to students with SEMH and complex needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting students with SEMH needs.
  • Contribute to the development of the curriculum, considering the educational, physical, and social needs of students.
  • Attend regular meetings with colleagues, parents, and senior staff to discuss student progress and well-being.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development, maintaining expertise in teaching and learning strategies for students with SEMH needs.
