Job Title: Production Equipment Technician

About the Role:

  • Maintain and repair complex manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Develop and implement efficient engineering solutions that meet operational requirements.
  • Collaborate with production teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize machinery performance.
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • A strong background in both mechanical and electrical maintenance (multi-skilled experience preferred).
  • Relevant qualifications, such as an NVQ Level 3 in Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working in a pharmaceutical, FMCG, or highly regulated environment.
  • Excellent fault-finding skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A strong understanding of health, safety, and compliance standards in manufacturing.

The estimated salary for this role is £44,000 per annum, which includes a competitive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.
