Equipment Technician

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Technician to join our team at Austin Fraser in Hull. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance tasks on various manufacturing equipment.
- Efficiently diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical faults to minimize downtime.
- Working closely with production teams to ensure that engineering solutions meet operational requirements.
- Drove continuous improvement initiatives to optimize machinery performance and reliability.
- E nsuring all work is completed in accordance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- A strong foundation in both mechanical and electrical maintenance (multi-skilled experience preferred).
- Relevant qualifications, such as an NVQ Level 3 in Engineering, or equivalent.
- Previous experience working in a pharmaceutical, FMCG, or highly regulated environment.
- A deep understanding of health, safety, and compliance standards in manufacturing.
Estimated Salary: £44,000
