As a Family First Case Manager, you will be responsible for conducting holistic assessments and developing outcome-focused family plans using the Signs of Safety/Wellbeing model. You will also act as the Lead Professional, coordinating multi-agency services to meet family needs and delivering evidence-based interventions, including parenting programs, child development support, and issue-based sessions for children and families.

You will facilitate the Team Around the Family process, ensuring timely reviews and progress monitoring, and promote family strengths using restorative practices and a "Think Family" approach. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records and contribute to service evaluation and practice improvement.

**Salary:** £30,000 - £34,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

This role requires a flexible worker who can adapt to changing circumstances and priorities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
