About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Bank Staff Nurse to join our Adult Community Services team. As a Bank Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced community setting
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent patient outcomes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans
Requirements
  • Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum 12 months post-registration experience in a community setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement
