About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced merchandising professional to join our team as a Merchandising Team Leader. As a key member of our field-based retail merchandising team, you will be responsible for supervising and training a team of merchandisers to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the merchandising schedule for merchandisers in your area, ensuring timely and efficient execution of tasks.
  • Coach and train fellow merchandisers on merchandising principles, processes, and procedures to maintain high-quality service standards.
  • Act as a compliance champion, ensuring adherence to merchandising standards, store policies, and health and safety guidelines.
  • Arrange and organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
  • Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with instore colleagues, particularly department and store managers.
Requirements
  • Experience in retail merchandising, retail, and/or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, using initiative to find solutions and deliver results.
  • Comfortable with manual handling and able to move and arrange products from the warehouse to the shopfloor.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a car for business purposes.
