About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Fire Suppression Estimator to join our team. As a Senior Sprinkler System Estimator, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality commercial sprinkler projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals for commercial sprinkler projects.
  2. Conduct site surveys to gather accurate information for proposals and ensure compliance with LPCB regulations.
  3. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure the successful delivery of commercial sprinkler projects.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure the best possible prices.
  5. Mentor department trainees to develop their skills and knowledge.

This role requires a strong understanding of commercial sprinkler systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Must have previous experience within the construction industry and a basic knowledge of MEP services.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience working on commercial sprinkler projects is essential.
  • LPCB qualifications are highly beneficial, and proficiency with CAD software is highly preferable.
  • Familiarity with BSEN12845 is required.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary up to £65k + benefits and will have the opportunity to work on exciting commercial sprinkler projects.
