Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to work as a Teaching Assistant in our Primary schools in Swindon and Wootton Bassett. This role is perfect for Psychology students/graduates looking to gain experience working with children with additional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support children with diverse needs, including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and physical disabilities
  • Work in a general classroom setting or provide 1:1, 1:2, or 1:3 SEND support
  • Collaborate with a team of dedicated staff to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment
