Mobile Equipment Maintenance Specialist

The role of Mobile Forklift Engineer at Sy3 involves travelling to client sites to diagnose, service and carry out repairs on a range of forklifts. The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently, collaborate with customers and colleagues to ensure documentation and solutions are offered.
Key responsibilities include:
- Traveling to client sites to accurately diagnose faults, service and carry out emergency repairs/breakdowns on forklifts
- Collaborating with customers surrounding the lifting and handling products
- Working independently within customer sites and collaborating with colleagues to ensure documentation and perfect solutions are offered
We are seeking an experienced engineer with previous experience working with pneumatics and hydraulics, alongside mechanical and electrical capabilities. Electrical and/or Mechanical fault finding, repair & service experience is also advantageous. Previous experience working in the Forklift, Plant, HGV and/or Agricultural industries is also desirable. A full UK Drivers License is required.
We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 per annum, plus benefits including company van + fuel card provided, all travel time, expenses paid from home to/from site, 28 days holiday including bank holidays, ongoing commitment to training and progression, pension scheme and overtime available at enhanced rate.
