Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Academic Director to join our team at Twin English Centre Eastbourne. As the Academic Director, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding academic results while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our EFL department.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years' full-time teaching experience, including some with young learners. You will also have experience working in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, as well as experience working as part of a team.

In this role, you will manage people in line with Twin values and business rules and guidelines, ensuring open and honest communication at all levels. You will also provide ongoing support to students, ensuring they are safe, well, and happy.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including 25 days annual leave (pro rata) + bank holidays + Birthday Day off, long service award, an extra day's annual leave per year completed, up to 5 additional days, 5 days paid sick leave per year, employee referral scheme, sabbatical leave, season ticket loan, pension contributions, career development opportunities, ability to purchase an additional 3 days annual leave per year, death in service benefit, and an Employee Assistance Programme.
