HR Advisor Job Opportunity

We are working with James Andrews Recruitment Solutions to find a skilled HR Advisor to join their team on a temporary contract. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering high-quality HR advice and guidance, as well as managing high-volume ER casework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, understanding their needs and handling a high case-load in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide HR advice on policy, best practices, and processes.
  • Support the wider HR team with managing ER casework, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management.
  • Offer up-to-date advice on employment law and its practical application.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using Oracle (desirable).
Skills and Knowledge:
  • Good multi-tasking and organizational skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Working Arrangements:
  • 35 hours per week.
  • 3 days working from home.
