Responsibilities:

As a Senior HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing authoritative and timely advice and guidance to managers and employees.

  1. Acting as the first point of contact for HR enquiries, providing advice and support in accordance with relevant legislation, policies, and practices.
  2. Advising and guiding managers in the implementation of various organisational policies.
  3. Supporting and contributing to the shaping and improvement of the HR/OD Service.
  4. Attending meetings to advise on HR matters and contribute to effective team working.

Essential Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  1. A solid background in HR advisory roles.
  2. In-depth knowledge of HR legislation, policies, and practices.
  3. Proven experience in managing a caseload and delivering high-quality advice and support.

Technologies:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with HR software and databases.
