Operational Support Specialist

We are seeking an Operational Support Specialist to join our Client Services team at Opus 2.
In this role, you will work closely with various teams to deliver exceptional client service.
- You will be responsible for acting as the main point of contact for clients, providing consultative advice on our hearing room services.
- Liaising directly with solicitors, barristers, judicial clerks, and court reporting teams to gather feedback and provide information.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of the Opus 2 platform to advise clients on how to maximise its usage.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Bright and engaging individual with a willingness to learn and use initiative.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to juggle tasks under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
