About the JobThis is an excellent opportunity to work with our experienced team, providing medicines knowledge and information to support the safe and effective prescribing of medicines. You will ensure that the practice integrates with community and hospital pharmacy to help utilise skill mix, improve patient outcomes, ensure better access to healthcare, and manage the medicines-related workload in GP surgeries.
Main Responsibilities- Providing expert advice and guidance on medicines optimisation and safety to patients and healthcare professionals.
- Developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £37,260 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.
