About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Another Place, The Lake. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests' rooms are clean, comfortable, and inviting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare guests' rooms for arrival, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities
  • Take care of guests' laundry and ensure that it is clean and pressed
  • Work behind the scenes to maintain the hotel's high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Be warm and friendly with guests and colleagues alike
  • Take pride in your work and be proactive in identifying and resolving any issues that may arise

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
