Job Title: Full Time 7.5 Tonne Driver

Job Summary:

Nicholas Associates Group Limited is seeking a reliable and experienced 7.5 tonne delivery driver to join our team. As a 7.5 tonne delivery driver, you will be responsible for delivering various products to clients within Cumbria and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of Goods: Safely transport and deliver goods to clients within Cumbria and surrounding areas.
  • Admin Management: Manage delivery sheets, amend, sign, and organize deliveries accordingly.
  • Loading and Unloading: Load and unload vehicles, assist with pump truck and tail lift operations.
  • Warehouse Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly check and maintain vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Navigation: Use a satnav to navigate to delivery locations, which may vary from Scotland to North-east and Lancashire.

Job Specifications:

  • Salary: £26,520 per annum
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40+ hours per week
  • Start Time: 07:30am - 08:00am
  • Finish Time: Varies depending on delivery completion

Requirements:

  • Valid UK Driving Licence: Must hold a valid UK driving licence with CAT C
  • English Language Skills: Must have a great level of English reading and writing skills
