Job Title: 7.5 Ton Driver

We are seeking a reliable and experienced 7.5 ton driver to join our team at Nicholas Associates Group Limited.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering various products to clients within Cumbria and surrounding areas. This will involve loading and unloading vehicles, managing delivery sheets, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver goods to clients within Cumbria and surrounding areas
  • Load and unload vehicles, including pump truck assistance and tail lift operation
  • Manage delivery sheets, amend, sign, and organize deliveries accordingly
  • Provide excellent customer service, both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Work under pressure and to a tight time frame, managing vehicle checking and taco management
  • Understand and follow satnav instructions to various locations, including Scotland, North-east, and Lancashire
Requirements:
  • Valid UK driving licence with CAT C1 (7.5)
  • Great level of English reading and writing
  • Ability to work under pressure and to a tight time frame
  • Excellent customer service skills
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 40+ hour working week, with a start time of 07:30am - 08:00am

Finish time will vary depending on the completion of deliveries.

We offer a competitive salary of £26,520.
