Support Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Advisor to join our team at FearFree. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering our Rediscovering Independence through Support and Empowerment (RISE) Service.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the service manager to establish and develop the RISE Service, ensuring its continued growth and expansion.
- Triage and assess service users to determine their suitability for the RISE Service, utilizing a trauma-informed approach.
- Support individuals in accessing education, training, and employment opportunities, focusing on increasing work-related skills and employability.
- Develop and facilitate group support sessions, as well as one-to-one support, to empower service users.
- Build and maintain relationships with Education, Training, and Employment (ETE) providers and corporate partners to expand service offerings.
- Conduct risk assessments and take proactive measures to address risk and safeguarding concerns.
- Recruit and manage volunteers, ensuring they are engaged and supported in their roles.
- Record and monitor data to enable the service to be fully evaluated.
