Role Overview

Rapport Guest Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless and personal experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming guests and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process
  • Acting upon all requests from guests in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting the building manager and participating in events at the reception area
  • Building relationships with office occupiers and being the main point of contact
  • Handling external and internal calls in a professional manner
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure efficient communication and guest service
  • Providing ad hoc services as required and adapting to changing circumstances
  • Ensuring all interactions are in line with Rapport and client standards

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a candidate with 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist role, who possesses an outgoing personality, a creative mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional guest service and be highly organized with an eye for detail.

  • Have a strong command of the English language, both verbally and in writing
  • Be able to work well under pressure and think proactively
  • Have experience in a luxury hotel environment, premium airlines, or a corporate business environment
