Job Summary
Rapport Guest Services is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Corporate Liaison to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all clients and customers arriving to the building, providing exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet clients and customers, assisting with meetings and events on site
- Answer and redirect phone calls and emails
- Set up and manage meeting rooms
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, proficiency in business administration, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. You will also need strong time management skills, Microsoft Office skills, and a passion for helping and assisting others.
