Job Title: Category Manager
Location: Hull Area
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to £68,000 basic, bonus, car allowance etc.
New Chapter Consulting Ltd is seeking a skilled Category Manager to join our team. As a Category Manager, you will be responsible for driving the category function by analyzing data and interpreting market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the category function by analyzing data and interpreting market trends and providing insightful feedback.
- Create effective business plans and communicate category initiatives with external customers and internal stakeholders.
- Create category reports in line with customer expectations, analyze and generate actionable insight to improve business and customer category performance.
- Work with the Commercial team to enable the creation and execution of meaningful customer plans in line with Account Plans / JBPs.
- Confident with numbers and able to apply numerical data to create a narrative.
- Lead specific category activities, such as store trials and consumer research.
About the Role:
- Category experience working with UK retailers.
- A natural with numbers and experienced in analyzing insightful data to maximize opportunities.
- Ability to spend 2-3 days per week in the Hull area.
