Key Responsibilities- Support the team with administrative and processing tasks, including preparation of documentation, setting up and maintaining client records, data input, and monitoring of client accounts.
- Assist Client Executives with back office tasks, processes, and functions.
- Organize own work activities to ensure personal and team objectives are achieved.
- Meet agreed targets and participate in team meetings as required.
- Manage assigned projects and contribute to other projects as required.
- Provide relevant management information to senior managers.
- Knowledge of general and legal principles of insurance.
- Understanding of relevant regulatory and legal frameworks.
- Knowledge of the market, including awareness of competitors, specific territory knowledge, and cultural awareness.
- Relevant product(s) knowledge is required.
- Relevant experience in an account handling or technical role is desirable.
- Good understanding of team objectives and how own role contributes to these.
- Specific systems knowledge relevant to the role.
